Original Styles™ have found restored fireplaces extremely popular.

Just imagine sitting in front of a beautiful fire set in a traditional style (also with the added benefit of gas fires)....pure luxury.

Fireplaces:

We have a large stock of beautifully restored fireplaces for sale.

• The fires we offer cover a wide range of styles from Georgian through to Art Deco period.

These include:

1. marble
2. wood
3. stone
4. cast iron surrounds
5. cast iron tiled and arched inserts
6. hob grates and fire baskets
7. combination/register fires with and without tiles (suiltable for bedrooms or lounges)

• Full on/off site restoration

This includes:

1. hand stripped paint layers from cast iron, wood, marble, tiles etc;
2. polished cast iron to a pewter finish or apply traditional grate polish,
3. repairing of cracks, chips, scratches even repairing missing parts to marble, cast iron, wood, tiles and fire bricks
   
4. supplying and fitting and repairing missing parts like bars, grates, hoods, shelves etc using suitable replacements
   
5. repairing or replacing damaged tiled hearths
6. template and cut slate, granite and marble hearths which fit tightly to existing profiles of the fireplaces
7. restoring inglenook fires and cleaning and replacing damaged brickwork

Please rest assured that on any site restoration maximum care is taken so as not to cause damage to any surrounding areas of the fire. 

• Fitting service and flue lining

Our team of highly trained fireplace fitters carry out all our installations and can offer flue lining where needed.

1. Tailormade/bespoke service:
   We use the finest natural materials known to man that include various types of stone, wood, metal and brick in creating a fireplace that is unique to your requirements. We will discuss your ideas with you, showing you other similar designs and with those ideas prepare a drawing in order for you to commission the manufacture of your fireplace.
   
   
2. Gas fires:
   We can achieve an exact fit for your existing fire so that the heat output and the flame layout is the best possible. Our gas fires meet all the gas safety laws and are fitted by our fully trained Corgi fitters. Our gas fires can be manufactured with infrared remote controls enabling you to control the whole fire from your sofa. 
   
   
3. Reproduction and modern/contemporary fire and stoves:
   As well as manufacturing our own reproduction fires we also sell a large selection from many popular trading companies. To view some of these fire companies please refer to our links.
